What information we handle
- Emails you send us. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you write. We use it only to reply to you and to discuss your project.
- Text you enter in our free YouTube tool. When you use the tool, the topic you type (and the options you choose, such as niche and video format) is sent to our server and to an AI service to create your titles, description, tags, and hashtags. We keep a copy of the result for about 24 hours so that the same request is answered faster.
- Your IP address, for usage limits. To keep the free tool available for everyone, we use your IP address to count how many times it is used each day and to apply a short wait between requests. These counters are kept for up to 2 days.
We do not ask you to create an account, and the tool does not require you to sign up.
AI services that process tool requests
The free tool uses AI services to write its results. Your topic text may be processed by Cloudflare Workers AI and, if that service is unavailable, by Google's Gemini API. When the free tier of the Gemini API is used, Google may use the submitted content to improve its products. For this reason, please do not enter private, confidential, or personal information in the tool. Only enter the public topic of your video.
Cookies and tracking
We do not set cookies ourselves, and we do not currently use advertising or analytics trackers on this website. If we add analytics or ads in the future, we will update this page.
Third-party services
- Cloudflare hosts this website and runs the tool. Like any host, it processes technical information such as IP addresses to deliver pages and keep the site secure.
- Google Fonts is used to load the Inter font. Your browser requests the font from Google, which receives your IP address as part of that request.
How long we keep information
Tool results are kept for about 24 hours, and usage counters for up to 2 days. Emails are kept for as long as needed to work with you and for our business records. You can ask us to delete your emails at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or tell us you no longer want to be contacted. Email us at [email protected] and we will respond.
Children
Our website and services are meant for businesses and creators. They are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
